Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with Engineers and Project Managers to ensure design projects are completed within designated timeframe and budget.
- Provide strategic guidance and motivation for teams, controlling scope, schedule, and unit price while managing sourcing and procurement for mid-sized to large projects.
- Ensure team metric performance, adherence to existing processes, and responsible for staffing projects for success.
- Support continuous improvement, expand and grow group capabilities by hiring personnel, establishing and achieving group objectives, identifying and supporting training opportunities, and developing strategic roadmaps for further process development.
- Work collaboratively with business development and project management team to effectively promote and sell Product Development Sourcing services, creating collateral to promote team services in customer-facing meetings, and ensuring proposals have well-bounded scope, adequate budget, and clear deliverables to ensure customer success.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
- Experience in custom mechanical or electromechanical components processing is highly desired.
- A demonstrated level of project management success is preferred.
