Are you ready to elevate your career by contributing to one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects? Balfour Beatty VINCI is collaborating with various organizations to construct a 90km segment of the West Midlands stretch of HS2, the new high-speed railway in Britain.
This project is crucial for enabling HS2 trains to connect London with Birmingham and extend their journey to Manchester. As we reach peak construction, we are expanding our efforts across a diverse range of assets, including bridges, tunnels, and viaducts.
Role Overview
This position will involve working on-site in various locations within the project area. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate community engagement and interface functions, ensuring alignment with HS2's community engagement strategy and commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively within the joint venture team and engage with key stakeholders, under the guidance of the Senior Engagement & Interface Manager, to develop, implement, and assess impactful stakeholder engagement strategies that enhance the reputation of the HS2 Project and the Balfour Beatty VINCI joint venture.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, management, and coordination skills.
- Utilize your experience in community relations and stakeholder management.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Be proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
