About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Stakeholder Engagement Consultant to join our Stakeholder Engagement, Consultation and Communications team in either Birmingham or Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering effective communications and stakeholder engagement strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communications strategies and delivery plans to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Support the development of themes, core messages, and collateral for multiple audiences and stakeholders.
  • Manage communications channels and support the management of stakeholder feedback.
  • Identify and map key stakeholders for client projects and establish engagement strategies.
  • Support consultation delivery, develop surveys, and manage stakeholder feedback channels.
  • Plan and deliver events, both physical and virtual, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all attendees.

Requirements

  • A degree or masters in a relevant subject, or equivalent experience.
  • A strong interest in industry sectors relevant to our business, and confidence engaging a variety of audiences and stakeholder groups.
  • Proactive and ambitious, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and bring new ideas on engagement.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent report writing, research, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven organisational skills and attention to detail.
