Job Title: Groundwork Senior Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Groundwork Senior Site Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from groundworks to handovers, ensuring that our residential development projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of site staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Develop and implement site-specific health and safety plans, ensuring that all site staff are aware of and comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control site costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that any variances are identified and addressed promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including design, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure that projects are delivered to the required standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on traditional build housing schemes, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of site staff.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures, with the ability to develop and implement site-specific health and safety plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • CSCS Black card and First Aid certification.
