Job Title: Senior Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality finishes.
  • Collaborate with the project team, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage and train site staff, including site managers, supervisors, and laborers.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate site documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, and quality control records.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or equivalent role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
