About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Addition+. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales life cycle, and building a sales strategy to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Manage the full sales life cycle, from lead generation to close, and ensure timely and effective communication with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders in recruitment agencies and establish Addition+ as a trusted partner in the industry.
  • Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment technology innovations to ensure Addition+ remains at the forefront of the market.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in tech/SaaS sales, preferably selling to recruitment businesses.
  • Proven track record of successful sales in the recruitment technology (RecTech) solutions.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and back-office operations in recruitment agencies.
  • Experience using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
  • Ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
