Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers who may be experiencing gambling-related issues, ensuring they receive top-notch service while adhering to our Responsible Gambling guidelines.

We place great importance on Responsible Gambling, and our committed support team is here to promote safer gambling practices. From day one, you will benefit from a comprehensive training program and ongoing development opportunities throughout your career with us.

This role is offered on a full-time basis, requiring you to work any five days out of seven between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00.

In return for your commitment, we provide a competitive salary, an attractive bonus scheme, recognition for long service, and a variety of additional benefits. The starting salary for this position is competitive, with the potential to increase to £28,329.60 per annum upon successful completion of training.

All successful candidates will need to provide proof of their eligibility to work in the UK from their first day of employment.

  • Communicating effectively with customers in Greek.
  • Utilizing internal tools to manage and resolve customer inquiries.

  • Promoting safer gambling practices.
  • Staying informed about policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
  • Implementing self-exclusions for customers' accounts.
  • Addressing responsible gambling inquiries and complaints.
