About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Contract Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting bids for construction projects, as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit bids for construction projects, including researching and gathering information, writing and designing bid documents, and coordinating with project teams.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our clients' businesses, including creating marketing materials, managing social media, and coordinating events.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that bids are submitted on time and meet the required standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat Pro, PowerPoint, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Illustrator or similar software.
  • Skilled in preparing bespoke quality submission responses for each tender.
  • Previous experience of working within the construction sector is ideally the background we require.
  • Strong communication skills as you will be working with a variety of people within the organisation including the Directors.
  • Enjoy autonomy, this role is a standalone position where you have the ability to make it successful based on your priorities.
What We Offer
  • Salary ranges from £30,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
  • 29 days holidays.
