Networker/Community Liaison

We're seeking a skilled Networker/Community Liaison to join our team at FirstLight Home Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with various referral sources, visiting existing referral sources to maintain and grow relationships, and effectively establishing a rapport with referral sources and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a background in business, marketing, or a related field, with two to five years of related networking/community liaison experience and/or training. They will also possess exceptional knowledge of non-medical home care or healthcare industry, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage the demands of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop relationships with various referral sources
  • Visit existing referral sources to maintain and grow relationships
  • Effectively establish a rapport with referral sources and clients
  • Take initiative and determine actions to meet goals
  • Educate others on the benefits of home care and FirstLight
  • Participate in networking events, especially as they relate to the senior population

Requirements:

  • Background in business, marketing, or other related field
  • Two to five years of related networking/community liaison experience and/or training
  • Exceptional knowledge of non-medical home care or healthcare industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
