Senior Director of Technology Partnerships

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Technology Partnerships to join our team at Boldyn Networks. As a key member of our CTO Organization, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with major technology partners, driving innovation, and delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all major OEM partner relationships for DAS, RAN, Core, Wi-Fi, and Network Infrastructure
- Develop and manage strategic engagement at national and local levels, including targeted verticals and strategic business development initiatives
- Deliver regular OEM partner performance reporting, including scorecards, business reviews, funnel reviews, and nationwide engagement
- Align and coordinate OEM management with Boldyn global teams
- Engage and represent Boldyn across industry organizations, e.g. WIA, OnGo Alliance, O-RAN Alliance and industry-focused verticals
- Develop product offerings with OEMs, including teaming agreements, press releases, co-marketing, case studies, and vertical solutions
- Coordinate with key internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Business Development, Procurement, Legal, Technology, and Operations
- Engage in strategic RFPs to negotiate with OEMs to deliver compelling solutions and offers to differentiate Boldyn's proposals
- Work closely with technology teams to support product development and negotiate favorable outcomes from OEMs
- Develop a technology partnership framework, including performance management, engagement, and reporting
Requirements
- At least 10 years experience working for and/or managing wireless telecom and Wi-Fi OEMs
- Previous experience managing suppliers and developing relationships with partners in the wireless telecom and Wi-Fi industries
- Relevant major wireless carrier experience working with wireless network teams
- Working knowledge of 3GPP, Wi-Fi, and networking protocols and architectures
- Executive-level engagement experience with OEMs
- Cross-functional leadership experience
- At least 15 years of combined wireless and wi-fi industry experience
- Bachelor of Science in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in network performance monitoring, management, and optimization, including subscriber Quality of Experience monitoring
- Microsoft Office software suite skills
