Store Manager

At Glavstart, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 2nd Shift Storekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our store, including managing stock, ordering, and deliveries, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage in-store facilities to maintain brand standards
- Meet sales targets, manage costs, wages, waste, and cash shortages
- Manage stock, ordering, and deliveries, ensuring all shortages and damages are reported within the correct timelines
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers are served quickly and professionally
- Recruit and manage the performance of your team, ensuring the correct level of training for their role
- Ensure all daily cashing and banking tasks are completed accurately within the allocated timelines
- Maximize sales by ensuring product availability across the store, managing merchandising, and in-store promotions
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure the store operates in a safe and legal manner, covering all aspects of food safety
- Manage the store and forecourt, ensuring high standards are met
- Ensure fuel deliveries are safely and legally executed to meet business needs
- Manage the retail sale of alcohol
- Oversee food preparation and the cooking of bake-off products
- Ideal experience in retail
- Flexible to work between Monday and Sunday
- Right to work in the UK
- Salary: £29,062 per annum
- 40-hour per week contract
- 28 days paid holiday for a complete year
