Regional Facilities Manager

SpaMedica Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of facilities management services to a high standard and within agreed response times.
Key Responsibilities:- Building and maintaining relationships with hospital managers
- Working with the facilities admin assistant to ensure the CAFM database and reporting systems are up to date
- Maintaining contractor database and managing contractors on site
- Active role in supporting clinical staff in new sites
- On call cover Monday to Friday 5.30pm to 7am the following morning and 24hrs Sat and Sun
- Management of small projects, ordering and installation of temperature and humidity sensors and gateways
- Management of PM schedules and servicing across designated region/sites
- Support the H&S manager with H&S matters in your region
- Previous facilities experience
- Standard DBS check and full driving licence
- Regular travel between sites and overnight stays may be required
- Company car provided
- Bonus 1 - January - potential to earn up to 5% of salary based on hospital/company performance
- Bonus 2 - June - potential to earn up to 5% of salary based on individual performance
- 31 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
