  • Annual Salary Review Process:
  • Participate in project planning and benchmark pay bands to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Provide ongoing support to the Head of HR Operations, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and Advisors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Variable Remuneration Schemes:
  • Implement and manage variable remuneration schemes for employees and partners to incentivize performance and drive business growth.
  • Benefits Review and Market Research:
  • Conduct benefits reviews and market research to ensure competitive remuneration and align benefits with our employee value proposition.
  • External Partnerships:
  • Collaborate with external partners to design and manage benefits for employees and partners, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Payroll Management:
  • Review and authorize monthly payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • HR Systems Reporting:
  • Lead the HR systems reporting function to provide insights and support data-driven decision making.
  • HR System Maintenance:
  • Support the maintenance, updates, and development of the HR system to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Legislative Reporting:
