Job Title: Building Safety Manager

Marks Consulting Partners Limited is seeking a highly skilled Building Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading strategic and operational building safety initiatives across all assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic and operational building safety initiatives to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management and stakeholders on building safety matters.
  • Manage a team of building safety professionals to ensure effective delivery of compliance services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures related to building safety.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in building safety management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and implementing compliance initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of building safety regulations and industry standards, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in building safety, such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
