Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst - CRIS Implementation Lead

Location: North Chesterfield, VA (Onsite)

Compensation: Highly competitive rate

Overview:

The Nukasani Group is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with a minimum of 6 years of experience to spearhead the planning and coordination of the GoLive phase for the Criminal and Rap Back Information System (CRIS) project. The selected candidate will act as the Team Leader for the GoLive planning and coordination team, overseeing all facets of the CRIS implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Direct all aspects of CRIS implementation, including planning and coordinating testing, release rollout, and post-release adjustments.
2. Collaborate with IT and interface partners to document and manage tasks within the release plan.
3. Organize and lead simulated rollouts prior to each CRIS release.
4. Analyze the CRIS solution to define implementation requirements.
5. Coordinate with the test data team to create, scrub, and utilize test data for various testing scenarios.
6. Manage business change initiatives, assisting management in developing change management plans, updating staffing plans, and job descriptions.
7. Facilitate employee training and assign CRIS user roles to end-users.
8. Engage with external stakeholders and customers, gathering and analyzing employee feedback.


Qualifications:

Candidates must demonstrate experience in developing and executing system testing and implementation plans. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong leadership, organizational, administrative, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to foster positive working relationships.
  • Proficiency in Organizational Change Management.
  • Experience with cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, including security access and user profile management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various groups and vendors to ensure thorough documentation of requirements.
  • Expertise in analyzing functional and non-functional system requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information in non-technical terms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and in creating business and system requirements.

Experience in criminal justice projects is preferred.
