Overview: The Nukasani Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst with a minimum of 6 years of experience to spearhead initiatives related to the development and oversight of Okta user profiles and associated workflows for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis and evaluation of existing business systems.
- Implement process enhancements and develop user requirements.
- Conduct requirement elicitation through various techniques, including interviews and document analysis.
- Produce comprehensive requirements documentation, including Field Definition Matrices and Business Rules.
- Facilitate risk assessments and contribute to organizational change management efforts.
- Oversee user acceptance testing in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Define access rights and roles for applications, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with vendors to fulfill project requirements effectively.
- Create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows, with proficiency in JavaScript for form customization.

- Experience in implementing cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
- Understanding of business analysis concepts, including risk assessment interpretation.
- Ability to produce requirement-related artifacts such as test cases and use cases.
- Experience in managing security access and user profile administration.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
