Position Overview: The Nukasani Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst with a minimum of 6 years of experience to spearhead initiatives related to the development and oversight of Okta user profiles and associated workflows for various projects. This role involves comprehensive user administration of Okta profiles, including user groups and organizational structures, while managing the recertification processes to maintain accurate user lists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the assessment and evaluation of existing business systems.
- Analyze, recommend, and implement process enhancements.
- Create and assess user requirements and system specifications.
- Utilize various elicitation techniques, including brainstorming, data mining, document analysis, and user interviews.
- Produce essential requirements documentation such as Field Definition Matrices and Business Rules.
- Conduct gap analysis to align existing requirements with current business needs.
- Drive collaborative efforts to support organizational change management.
- Facilitate risk assessments and participate in the development of project test plans.
- Lead user acceptance testing with business stakeholders.
- Define roles and access rights necessary for applications.
- Represent the organization's interests with vendors and collaborate to fulfill project requirements.
- Create training materials and deliver end-user training.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows, including JavaScript customization.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to foster positive working relationships.
- Proficient in Organizational Change Management.
- Experience with cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
- Understanding of business analysis concepts, including risk assessment interpretation.
- Ability to produce requirement-related artifacts such as test cases and traceability matrices.
- Experience in managing security access and user profile administration.
- Collaborative mindset to work with various teams and vendors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information in non-technical terms.
- Experience in criminal justice projects is a plus.
