Receptionist/Hospitality Coordinator

This is a temporary to permanent role, with a temporary contract lasting for a month before transitioning to a permanent position.

A leading City Law firm based in the City of London is seeking a skilled Receptionist/Hospitality Coordinator to join their National Client Services and reception team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional reception and hospitality service to both internal and external clients.

The Receptionist/Hospitality Coordinator will work a 37.5 hour week, with a 7.5 hour shift pattern from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 18:00. The core hours of the business are outside of these times, and the successful candidate will be required to work flexibly to support events and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
  • Manage the reception switchboard and answer phone calls to company standard
  • Assist clients with a courteous and helpful manner
  • Manage the Reception outlook diary
  • Support the marketing team with in-house events
  • Order lunches, breakfasts, and dinners as required
  • Order stock and complete monthly stocktakes
  • Coding and reconciling all invoices
  • Work alongside other teams to provide support when needed
  • Monitor and maintain internal meeting rooms to a high standard
  • Set up conference calls
  • Assist with travel and hotel bookings for internal clients

This is a permanent role with a salary of up to £26k depending on experience.
