Job Description

Job Title: Remote Support Specialist

Job Type: Full-time/Permanent

Salary: £26,000 per annum + up to £3,500 performance bonus + profit share

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Support Specialist to join our team at HRGO Recruitment. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex technical issues, and maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including hardware and software problems
  • Document all work completed on our in-house system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to ensure excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with our team to process tickets and escalate issues as required
  • Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' technology stacks and security standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in technical support and customer service
  • 6 industry-leading technical accreditations, with a focus on IT service delivery and customer support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Valid UK driving license (for occasional client visits)
