About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information and Data Lead to join our expanding team at EDF. As a key member of our Commissioning team, you will be responsible for overseeing the information and data required to safely and effectively execute the Commissioning phase of the Hinkley Point C project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Have full oversight and scrutiny of the information and data flowing in and out of Commissioning.
  • Work with process owners in Commissioning to understand information and data requirements for effective commissioning.
  • Regularly engage and build relationships with the wider project to ensure requirements are met in line with the schedule.
  • Provide information to assist the Commissioning Manager and Senior Commissioning Manager in meeting project-level objectives and milestones.
Requirements
  • Technical information and data background and the ability to lead others in a project-driven environment.
  • Delivery mindset, able to get results through clear accountability and the confidence to influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to convey complex information to others.
  • Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in information/data management within a project environment, particularly in the nuclear industry.
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of the impact of change.
  • Relevant experience implementing data-centric plans/processes into an established organisation.
  • Experience of working in a regulatory environment.
