Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Manpower UK. As an Inventory Data Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and timely populating the Inventory module of the Asset Suite 9 EAM Tool with relevant information relating to asset equipment and bulk materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and timely populate the Inventory module with requisite information, including unique asset identifiers and associated data attributes.
  • Complete quality assurance of all catalogued assets to ensure accurate call off, installation, and management of plant configuration references.
  • Maintain a predefined asset cataloguing schedule, identifying and managing data verification issues and anomalies to ensure data integrity and load schedules.
  • Produce weekly cataloguing performance reports for review and approval by the line manager.
  • Work independently to achieve targets, collaborating with the AS9 Work Management Team to support broader team targets and delivery of consistent and verified data across integrated IS platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven asset cataloguing, data analysis, verification, and entry skills.
  • Capacity to logically process data and identify inconsistencies, managing their resolution independently or with senior team members.
  • Prerequisite skills and qualifications include a solid track record of digital cataloguing and assured data entry, experience in construction, supply chain, procurement, and/or data management, and proficient use of Microsoft products.
  • Knowledge of Asset Suite/Passport is advantageous but not essential.
