About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Inventory Data Specialist to join our growing team at Manpower UK. As an Inventory Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the accurate and timely population of the Inventory module of the Asset Suite 9 EAM Tool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate Data Entry: Populate the Inventory module with requisite information relating to asset equipment and bulk materials, including unique asset identifiers and associated data attributes.
  • Quality Assurance: Complete the quality assurance of all catalogued assets to ensure their accurate call off, installation, and management.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain a predefined asset cataloguing schedule, working closely with the line manager to identify and manage data verification issues and anomalies.
  • Reporting: Produce weekly cataloguing performance reports for review and approval.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: A solid track record of digital cataloguing, data analysis, verification, and entry skills.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience working in a construction, supply chain, procurement, and/or data management related industry.
  • Data Management Skills: A proven ability to work independently, identifying data inconsistencies and managing their resolution.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient use of Microsoft products, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
