About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information and Data Management Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Greenville and Spartanburg. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection, management, and dissemination of information and data related to our commissioning processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of information and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Design and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide data analytics and insights to support business decision-making and drive process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in information and data management, with a focus on commissioning processes.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
