Requirements:
  • Strong operational leadership background in industrial manufacturing
  • Proven management experience in leading a manufacturing operation

  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and quality standards
  • Thorough understanding of developing relationships with third-party suppliers and 3PL partners
  • Expertise in delivering benchmark OTIF performance
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate plans and priorities
  • Outstanding presentational, negotiating, and influencing skills
  • Proven track record in delivering complex projects and organizational transformations
What We Offer:

£70,000 to £80,000 plus package (car/car allowance, bonus, benefits, etc)
