About the Role:

This is a full-time position for a Lead Facade Designer/Design Manager at CV Library.

You will be responsible for creating and designing facades, cladding, and glazing solutions. The role involves producing shop drawings and mentoring other team members to ensure the successful implementation of projects.

The Facade Design Manager will work in our office on a Hybrid basis, utilizing their expertise in facade design and glazing to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement facade design solutions that meet client requirements
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  3. Mentor and manage junior designers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facade design and glazing
  5. Ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of architectural plans
  6. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results
  7. Possess a relevant degree or certification in architecture, engineering, or a related field
