Position Overview
We are in search of enthusiastic and dedicated Housekeeping Associates to enhance the SoulCycle experience.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and equipment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.
- Ensure that the entrance and lobby areas are tidy and inviting.
- Oversee the cleanliness of locker rooms and replenish necessary supplies.
- Organize and maintain storage, laundry, and other service areas.
- Ensure an adequate supply of towels is available for members.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on all equipment.
- Manage the receipt and storage of deliveries.
- Assist with special events and initiatives.
- Report any urgent maintenance needs to the Housekeeping Manager.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Availability to work a full-time schedule.
- A clear understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and tools, as well as the ability to service fitness equipment.
- Strong skills in customer service, organization, communication, and multitasking.
