Job Title: Housekeeping Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at SoulCycle. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our members and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained, including the exercise floor, locker rooms, and common areas.
  • Restock supplies and amenities as needed.
  • Assist with special events and projects as required.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and respond to member inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
