Job Title: Housekeeping Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Equinox. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our state-of-the-art facility, ensuring that our members and guests have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the club and exercise equipment are continuously clean and well-maintained
  • Provide excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
  • Ensure the sidewalk entrance and lobby are presentable, easily accessible, and rubbish-free
  • Clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms
  • Check and maintain an adequate supply of towels on the exercise floor
  • Provide maintenance for all equipment
  • Receive and store all deliveries in the required area
  • Assist with special events and stock taking where necessary

Requirements:

  • Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment
  • Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred
  • Willingness to service athletic equipment and previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Candidates will be required to be flexible from Monday to Saturday
