About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at SoulCycle. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our state-of-the-art facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the club and exercise equipment are continuously clean and well-maintained, providing excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable entrance, lobby, and locker rooms, ensuring that all areas are easily accessible and free of clutter.
  • Clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Check and maintain an adequate supply of towels on the exercise floor, replenishing as needed.
  • Provide maintenance for all equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order.
  • Receive and store all deliveries in the required area.
  • Assist with special events and stock taking as needed.
  • Escalate any issues or equipment malfunctions to the Maintenance Manager.
  • Prepare, launder, and hand over towels and member clothes through our Laundry and Valet services.

Requirements

  • Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to service athletic equipment, along with previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Candidates will be required to be flexible and work from Monday to Saturday.
