IFA Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IFA Administrator. As a key member of our financial planning team, you will play a vital role in supporting our paraplanners and financial planners with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new business and illustrations
  • Liaise with providers and deal with clients regularly
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including fact finds and client communication

Requirements:

  • R01, CF1 or equivalent is desirable
  • Experience in providing administrative support within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning firm
  • A professional and personable communicator who is comfortable dealing with clients
  • Strong attention to detail and a good level of numerical skills
  • Good understanding of the FCA and how a Financial services firm operates
