Commercial Mortgage Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Collective Financial Planning. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice on commercial mortgages and services to our clients, ensuring they make informed decisions about their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess clients' financial situations and goals to recommend suitable commercial mortgage products
  • Guide clients through the mortgage process, explaining terms and conditions clearly
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory policies and maintain accurate records
  • Understand client requirements and present proposals to lenders
  • Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients
  • Build and maintain commercial introducer networks

Requirements

  • Experience in financial services, specifically within the commercial field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Relevant finance/banking industry qualifications, such as CeMAP
