Job Title: Retail Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, including merchandising product to company guidelines and maintaining housekeeping standards.
  • Support sales initiatives, including setting up promotional activities and working with host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Sales and retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Access to a smartphone with Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
  • Free jewellery, with the opportunity to earn up to £55 per month.
  • Flexible working hours, with the ability to work during the day and choose your own schedule.
  • No weekend working.
