Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Stocktake Team Leader to join our team in Swindon. As a Retail Stocktake Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage teams of stock counters to ensure accurate and timely completion of stock counts
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites
- Monitor and improve team productivity
- Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed
Requirements:
- A Full Driving License
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to remain focused when under pressure
- Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel
Working Conditions:
This role will involve working unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts. You will be required to work on a variety of sites, including warehouses and large retail premises. You may be required to access and work with ground and high-level stock.
Person Specification:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
