Retail Stocktake Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Stocktake Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of stock counters and ensuring the accurate and efficient completion of stock takes on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of stock counters to deliver high-quality stock takes
  • Ensure accurate and efficient completion of stock takes
  • Monitor and improve team productivity
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Requirements:

  • Full driving license
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

Working Conditions:

This role will involve working unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts. You will be required to travel to different client sites and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.
