Job Summary:

Retail Stocktaking Shift Leader is a key role within our team, responsible for managing stock counters and delivering a seamless stock taking service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams of stock counters to ensure accurate and timely stock counts
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites
  • Monitor and improve team productivity where possible

Requirements:

  • A Full Driving License
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

Working Conditions:

This role will involve working in warehouses or large retail premises, with some use of step stools and ladders. Prolonged periods of standing are also expected.
