Service Advisor Opportunity in West London

We are working with a reputable Motor Garage in the Brentford / Chiswick area of West London, seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers are informed of service and repair work required to their vehicles.
  • Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken, as well as recommend additional products to meet customers' needs.
  • Produce job cards on the in-house computer system and update customer and vehicle records.
  • Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy and prepare and complete invoices.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Service Advisor in a motor garage environment, preferably with passenger cars, commercial, HGV, or LCV.
  • Full driving licence.

As a Service Advisor, you will be expected to deliver high standards of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public. Strong customer service skills, excellent customer rapport, and the ability to deliver great CSI results are essential.
