About the Role

This is a brand new, full-time permanent opportunity based in a modern office location. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of insurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing and new clients, providing expert advice and guidance on insurance needs
  • Lead and develop a team of insurance professionals, focusing on training, development, and coaching
  • Develop and implement effective compliance management strategies to ensure regulatory requirements are met

Requirements
