Sales and Marketing Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy that drives revenue growth in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that targets B2C customers and drives revenue growth
  • Create sales targets and KPIs, and monitor the performance of the sales team
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and design firms
  • Oversee social media advertising and content creation
  • Manage contracts with B2B travel partners and negotiate terms
  • Collaborate with the product team to market new products and services
  • Develop and manage a yearly budget for marketing and communications
  • Report to the Managing Director and attend industry events
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role in the travel industry
  • Digital marketing expertise and experience driving growth in B2C environments
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing strategies
  • Analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Additional Details:
  • £45-55k per year
  • Cambridge/hybrid role (3-4 days a week in Cambridge)
