About the Role

Inspire Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our administration team as an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist. This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week, with a competitive salary package including NHS Pension and 6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional front-of-house care to patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Manage the reception desk, handling incoming calls, and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process appointment bookings, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless communication with the clinical team.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, staff, and external partners, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proven experience in a busy administrative environment, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • 5 GCSEs Grade C/4 and above, or equivalent, including Maths and English, and proven computer skills.
