Salary Range: £42,500 - £46,250

As a General Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Operations Manager and play a crucial role in driving the success of our establishment. Your focus will be on building a strong team and delivering outstanding service to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Motivate, develop, and lead your management and staff, ensuring high retention rates.
  • Optimize revenue by analyzing sales data and implementing effective forecasting strategies.
  • Manage controllable costs and oversee the site's profit and loss statements.
