Job Title: Senior Cost Management Professional
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cost Management Professional to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a Senior Cost Management Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Planning and Control: Develop and implement cost plans, budgets, and forecasts for projects, ensuring that they are accurate, complete, and aligned with client requirements.
- Cost Management: Manage and control project costs, including identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing cost savings, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and issue resolution.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to ensure that best practices, lessons learned, and project data are captured and shared across the organization.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree qualified and MRICS qualified (or working towards)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in cost management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management services.
- Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, inquisitive and problem-solving skill base, NEC contract knowledge and experience, particularly Option C.
