About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Casework Coordinator to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a key member of our supported housing charity organisation, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to maintain their accommodation to a high standard of health and safety.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Work closely with clients to understand and address their needs, focusing on health, safety, and financial management.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all client interactions and progress.
  • Partnerships: Build and maintain effective relationships with external agencies, including criminal justice services, to support client needs and reduce re-offending.
  • Assessment: Conduct needs and risk assessments, developing tailored support plans for each client.
  • Flexible Working: Participate in a roster system that may include weekend and evening work as required.

Requirements:

  • Driving: A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Business insurance will be required for roles involving travel.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviour, as well as experience with homeless or socially excluded populations.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and the capacity to manage challenging situations effectively.
