Job Title: Academic Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Advisor to join our team at Lsdmlondon. As an Academic Advisor, you will play a critical role in the recruitment and enrolment of new students from international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Recruitment: Contact students who have expressed interest in our courses to schedule interviews and provide them with detailed information about their chosen courses.
  • Outbound Campaigns: Conduct outbound phone campaigns directed at specific international markets, such as Latin America, to promote our courses and recruit new students.
  • Webinars and Online Interviews: Conduct webinars and online interviews (video and voice) to educate our target markets and promote our courses.
  • Documentation Validation: Liaise with the Student Office to validate documentation throughout the enrolment process.
  • Course Options and Enrolment: Advise prospective students on their course options and encourage enrolment where appropriate.
  • Recruitment Targets: Meet a recruitment target of a certain number of students each academic intake (4 times a year).
  • Communication and Collaboration: Be the main point of contact for your list of prospective students in the enrolment process and collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment targets.

Performance Metrics:

  • Recruitment Performance: The number of students interviewed, enrolled, and registered.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Internal communication skills and support offered to the team.
  • Innovation and Initiative: Overall contributions to innovate within the team and wider school.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: A background in sales, education, or recruitment is an advantage.
  • Language Skills: High levels of proficiency in written and oral communication in English and your native language (English, Spanish, or Portuguese).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
