Michael Page Human Resources is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join an educational institution on a fixed-term contract. This role focuses on leading academic recruitment initiatives while also contributing to various related projects.

A prominent educational institution located in London.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the complete recruitment process from talent sourcing, headhunting, and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  2. Supervise one team member, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  3. Take charge of senior-level recruitment campaigns.
  4. Design and implement tools and methodologies for talent identification and mapping.
  5. Innovate new strategies for candidate sourcing and manage a robust talent pipeline.
  6. Establish a strong network within the educational sector.
  7. Assist with various projects, including system integration and management of recruitment campaigns.
  8. Offer guidance and support to hiring managers.
  9. Train managers on effective system utilization.
  10. Ensure compliance with safer recruitment practices and safeguarding policies.
  11. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  12. Analyze and report on the talent pipeline to meet established service level agreements.
  13. Lead international recruitment efforts and possess a solid understanding of international visa processes.
  14. Support the management of preferred supplier lists and agency partnerships.

Candidate Profile

  1. Demonstrated experience in an educational environment or with academic professionals is crucial.
  2. Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes is required.
  3. Experience in leading recruitment projects is essential.
  4. A collaborative approach in a supportive team environment is necessary.
  5. Experience managing international recruitment and visa processes is vital.
