Academic Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Advisor to join our Admissions team at Lsdmlondon. As an Academic Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and enrolment of new students from international markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Student Recruitment: Contact students who have expressed interest in our courses to schedule interviews and provide detailed information about their chosen courses.
- Outbound Campaigns: Conduct outbound phone campaigns to target specific international markets, such as Latin America.
- Webinars and Interviews: Conduct webinars and online interviews to educate our market and provide prospective students with valuable information.
- Documentation Validation: Liaise with the Student Office to validate documentation throughout the enrolment process.
- Enrolment Support: Advise prospective students on their course options and encourage enrolment where appropriate.
- Performance Metrics: Meet a recruitment target of a certain number of students each academic intake and be measured on three key aspects: Recruitment Performance, Collaboration/Teamwork, and Innovation & Initiative.
As an Academic Advisor, you will receive training, mentoring, and support to help you succeed in this challenging role. You will be part of a highly collaborative and effective recruitment team that deals with inbound and outbound communications campaigns to prospective students worldwide.
