Individualized Care Strategy:
Assist in the creation and evaluation of individualized care strategies. Collaborate with families and professional entities to ensure thorough care delivery.
Mentor and guide support staff to uphold and enhance exceptional care standards.
Staff Scheduling:
Responsible for managing staff schedules.
On-Call Duties:
Engage in an on-call schedule, providing direct support as necessary.
Shift Management:
Fill in for shifts during off-hours and weekends as needed.
Allocate 50% of your working hours in the office assisting the service manager, while dedicating the remaining time on the floor to support both staff and clients.
Qualifications:
Ideally, candidates will possess experience in leading a team within a supported living context.
Personal Support:
Proven experience in delivering personal support is crucial.
Capability to develop and execute care strategies.
A flexible and adaptable work approach is essential.
