About the Role
Runwood Homes, a leading provider of residential elderly care services, is seeking a skilled Care Systems Trainer to join their Care Quality team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of the PCS (Person Centered Software) system across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver informative training to staff members to ensure a smooth transition to the PCS system.
- Support the roll-out of the PCS system, providing guidance and expertise to ensure its effective use.
- Collaborate with the Care Quality team to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of staff and residents.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the PCS system, staying up-to-date with any changes or updates.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to staff members as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in writing and updating purposeful care plans.
- Knowledge of the PCS system and its applications in care settings.
- Strong understanding of care planning principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
- Previous experience as a trainer in the healthcare sector, with a focus on care systems and technology.
- Strong knowledge of the Care Act and other relevant legislation.
