We are excited to present a unique opportunity for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist within the Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This role is pivotal in enhancing patient care through the integration of pharmaceutical expertise within our healthcare teams.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal medication management and patient safety across various care settings.
Main Responsibilities
As a Senior Clinical Pharmacist, you will:
- Provide expert pharmaceutical care and advice to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Participate in clinical audits and research initiatives to improve service delivery.
- Mentor and support junior pharmacists and pharmacy staff in their professional development.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential Criteria
- Registered Pharmacist with significant experience in a clinical setting.
- Proven ability to manage complex medication regimens and provide patient-centered care.
