• Set the standard for pharmacy excellence by working in partnership with your pharmacy healthcare team.
• Deliver the pharmacy strategy through care conversations with customers and patients, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Take responsibility for professional pharmacy legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
• Support the development, education, and training of colleagues, building pharmacy capability within store teams.
• Conduct regular reviews, audits, and risk assessments to protect patient and public safety.
• Work towards delivering world-class professional services – personally and through the pharmacy team.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a professional, caring character and a genuine desire to help others feel their best. You'll also need:

• To be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
• To demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, customers/patients, and external local professionals.
• To have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services.
• To be passionate about keeping up to date with your own learning and development, completing all Pharmacist mandatory and directed training.
