Guest Services Manager

voco Reading Hotel is seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our hotel exceeds our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Guest Services team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guest requests are met with a smile.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive guest loyalty and satisfaction, ensuring that our Medallia score remains above 85%.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential and provide opportunities for growth and development.
  • Manage the efficient daily running of the Guest Services team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Front of House department of a hotel in a Duty Management or Team Leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in training and implementing processes and audits.
  • Good understanding of systems to support driving results, including Opera and Microsoft suite.
